Save the dates 17th and 19th April 2016 into your diary! We’re hosting a Keep a Child Alive charity event alongside Lorraine Massey, author of The Curly Girl Handbook.
The charity was founded in 2003 by AIDS activist Leigh Blake and 15-time Grammy Award-winner Alicia Keys, as an emergency push to get life-saving HIV medication to children needlessly dying of AIDS in Africa. Today, Keep a Child Alive provides the critical components necessary to support successful, lifelong HIV treatment: comprehensive clinical care, nutritious food and psychosocial support, all delivered with compassion, dignity and respect.
Accompanying Lorraine will be Kristy Wilson from Uptown Curls. The duo will be taking appointments, donating all proceeds to the charity. Last year’s event was such a success so book now to avoid disappointment!
Trepadora will be donating to the event some gorgeous curly hair treats. Three winners will be picked by raffle to win a gift basket each containing the full range!
