MAKE A PAYMENT

In order to secure your booking with Spring, we ask all new clients, and colour service clients to pay a refundable deposit, this is held on your account and will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.  A separate payment link will be sent to you once your booking has been made. Should you wish to change the service you have booked, or cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible beforehand,  or at least 2 working days prior to your appointment (The salon is closed Sunday and Monday so these days will NOT be classed as working days).  Failure to do so may result in loss of  your deposit.

Deposit payment can be taken via the separate link sent in confirmation email, over the phone or online via PayPal.

To pay your deposit using PayPal, please select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu before pressing “Pay Now”. You will be redirected to PayPal to process the payment, please note a confirmation will be sent once Spring have processed this payment.

Yes, you will receive an automated email from PayPal confirming receipt of your deposit.

Yes, all appointments can be changed, simply call or email the salon.  However 2 working days’ notice is required, failure to do this may result in the loss of your deposit

Yes, deposits are refundable.  Simply call or email the salon.  Should you wish to change the service or cancel your booking the salon requires 2 working days’ notice. Yes, you are welcome to visit the Salon to pay your deposit, you can find our opening hours here.

Yes, we accept Amex.

No, a PayPal Account is not required to make a payment online. Simply press “Pay Now” and click “Pay by Debit or Credit Card” at the bottom of the window, beneath the login screen.

We are able to process payments via PayPal for Pre-Payments, Product Orders, Vouchers and Corporate Training Sessions. Please press “Pay Now” and when prompted enter the amount you wish to pay
