Booking policy

A £30 deposit per service will be required to secure your booking. You will receive an automated text message 7 days prior to your appointment requesting confirmation. Simply press C to confirm. Whilst every effort will be made to contact you for confirmation, to avoid the possible reallocation of your appointment, we ask for your co-operation with the booking system in confirming your appointment.


NOTE:  If this is your first colour service at Spring you will require a consultation and skin test prior to your appointment. If you are unsure as to the colour service you require, please do not book online. Call or email the salon and a member of the team will be happy to help.  If you wish to book a cut and colour appointment, please select the pre-colour cut option, followed by the colour service you require.  Your hair is cut BEFORE your colour service.

Late arrivals

Please arrive on time as late arrival may impact on the service provided or the necessity to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation policy

A £30 deposit per service will be required to secure your booking, this will be deducted from your bill on the day of your appointment. All appointments cancelled within 48 hours (2 working days – excluding Sunday and Monday) will forfeit the £30 deposit.

No-show Policy

In the case of a no show, the £30 deposit will be forfeited and you may be asked to pay the full amount in advance for any future appointments.
